PUTSCH^® Filter Presses have been among the standard equipment for dewatering sludge and suspensions as well as for the food industry for two decade. Over 1000 PUTSCH^® Filter Presses have been in successful service worldwide.

Great variety of different types of filter plates: frame-, chamber-, membrane plates
PUTSCH^® Filter Presses are equipped with different filter plates according to their technical tasks. The plate size vary from 9 3/4″ x 9 3/4″ (250 mm x 250 mm) to 59″ x 78 3/4″ (1500 mm x 2000 mm). The inlets for the suspension to be filtered are optimized in their arrangement. Depemding on the application, they are located either on the top corner, in the middle on the top or in the centre. Polypropylene is used as a standard plate material, being corrosion-free and chemically resistant to acids.

Fiter Presses with plate sizes from 18.5″ (470 mm) to 24.8″ (630 mm) can be operated either manually or semi-automatically

Individual design for customer orientated solutions
